Syrian Observatory refutes Anadolu Agency’s news about sending Egypt troops to Syria

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has denied news circulated by the Andolu Agency that the Egyptian government has sent dozens of Egyptian soldiers to fight alongside the regime forces in Syria.

Reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that what Anadolu Agency- affiliated with the Justice and Development Party- is promoting is groundless about sending the Egyptian government to dozens of Egyptian soldiers to Syria, to fight alongside the regime forces and the militias loyal to it.

The agency of the Turkish occupation state had previously indicated the presence of officers and pilots of Egyptian nationality within the Syrian territories, and participated in military operations, in addition to air strikes on several Syrian regions.
