SOHR confirmed 34 Turkish killed soldiers in air strikes in Syria

At least 34 Turkish occupation soldiers were killed Thursday in Russian air strikes in Syria, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.

"The air strikes that took place during the day in the area between Bara and Billion resulted in the death of at least 34 Turkish soldiers, amid reports of other deaths as a result of these raids," the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.

It noted that it has monitored new advances of regime forces this evening, where they were able to control Al Hilwia and Qofqeen in  Jabal al-Zawiya mount, and al-Zaqum in Al Ghab plain in the northwestern countryside of Hama. This brings the city of Jisr al-Shughour 17 kilometres away. The regime forces continued to shell areas in the Al Ghab Plain, Jisr al-Shughour and villages of Jabal al-Zawiya mount.

Activists posted pictures on social media saying it was for hundreds of people gathered in front of Al Reyhaniya hospital on the Turkish side after dozens of dead and wounded Turkish soldiers arrived there this evening.
