The Syrian Democratic Council is preparing to hold a meeting of the Syrian clans. According to the preparatory committee, about 5,000 invitations have been sent to dignitaries of clans and tribes within Syria.
In a statement to our agency, a member of the Presidential Council of the Syrian Democratic Council and a member of the preparatory committee of the Syrian clans' forum, to be held on 3 May in Ain Issa, northeast of Syria, pointed out that this meeting comes within the plans, programs and strategies presented to it by the Syrian Democratic Council, North and East Syria.
Sihanok Dibo pointed out that the main dimension of holding this forum is to dry the and intellectual sources and resources of Daesh mercenaries in the region. The second dimension is the cutting off of the regional agendas that ambush in Syria, especially after the failure of the Astana meetings, everyone knows that Turkey occupied in the light of Astana meetings many Syrian regions, foremost Afrin, "and pointed out that the guarantors of Astana have their own projects, distancing day by day from resolving the Syrian crisis.
Everyone agrees to tear apart the achievements and current gains
Dibo said that the guarantors of Astana agree with their loyalties to the Syrian regime which is divided itself with its allies, and said: "as if everyone agreed to tear down the achievements and gains that are achieved," while referring to what has been achieved in the north and east of Syria.
Dibo stressed the desire to hold the forum to consolidate the administrative dimension and management of the components, including the tribes themselves within the councils formed in the region, in addition to the development of infrastructure and service side suffered by all of northern and eastern Syria.
Sihanok Dibo said that the preparatory committee of the clan forum had invited all Syrian clans of all ethnic and national affiliations and did not exclude any one from the whole of Syrian geography. He said: "Many of those who were invited within the Syrian home made it clear that the Syrian regime created obstacles to their presence in the forum."
