The intensive isolation imposed on the Kurdish people's leader, Abdullah Ocalan, by the Turkish occupation continues after the international plot which aimed to obliterate the Kurdish issue and identity. However, this did not affect the morale of the Kurdish people, but they escalated their struggle and followed the path, thought and philosophy of the Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Ocalan.
Thousands of people who met with Ocalan still remember the details of the meeting, including Nazila Rifat Hannan, who met him on May 1, 1992 in Lebanon.
Nazila still presents in her memory the events that took place 27 years ago. She recalls her interview with Ocalan as he told her then, "Today, I has been sure that there are millions of leaders among the Kurdish people, and this thing will not defeat me or even beat me even if I was arrested, because there are pioneer people who know what is required of them in order to get their case."
Nazliya noted that the leader described the Labor Day as an occasion that gave the hard working class the right, and those are whoever enlightened the path of societies with their work and struggle after the deadly struggle that lasted for years to achieve a day that expresses the achievements they make. She added, "The leader called for the Kurdish people to be vigilant and fully aware of the policies that follow the right of the Kurdish people."
And Nazliya concluded her speech, denouncing the international silence towards the isolation imposed on the leader Abdullah Ocalan, stressing that the Kurdish people will not give up their demand to give the leader his freedom.
