Sere Kaniye IDPs asks all mercenary groups be included in black list

The Sere Kaniye IDPs Committee welcomed sanctions imposed by the US Department of Treasury on mercenary elements of Ahrar al-Sharqiye and its leaders calling on the United States to prosecute them on their crimes committed along with their Turkish allies and to exit such factions from region.

The US Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned a variety of individuals and organizations in Syria among them Ahrar al-Sharqiye of the so-called Syrian National Army that carried out widespread human rights abuses.

On this and the inclusion of Ahrar al-Sharqiye commander Ahmed Ihsan Fayadh al-Hayes known as Abu Shaqra and his brother Raed Jasem known as Abu Ja'far Shaqra a statement was released today by the Sere Kaniye IDPs Committee:  

''they committed grave breaches and recruited children and integrated former ISIS elements into their faction. It is hopeful that criminals and terrorists are going to be held accountable''.

This faction that was adopted  by the Syrian Opposition Coalition and was allowed to attend meetings, committed criminal acts since murdering Syria's Future Party Secretary General Hevrin Khelef and her two attendants. Afrin , Sere Kaniye and Tal Abyad all undergo crimes against indigenous people whose properties are looted and displaced.

Based on this, we await that all factions that work t directives of the Turkish occupation and gave assistance in occupying Afrin, Sere Kaniye and Tal Abyad and committed offences against secured citizens.

The Sere Kaniye IDPs Committee called on the United Nations to prosecute this criminals for their crimes committed along with their Turkish allies and to exit such factions from region paving the way for the return of its people.
