SDF: Three Turkish soldiers killed in an attack on villages near M4

The Syrian Democratic Forces said that three Turkish soldiers were killed and four mercenaries wounded during clashes that erupted after as mercenaries and Turkish occupation army launched attacks on villages surrounding the international road M4.

In a written statement, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) stated that they had shot down mercenaries’ drone aircraft, while the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries are continuing an attack on northern and eastern Syria that began in October 9 of last year.

The text of the statement of the Syrian Democratic Forces stated:

In the framework of legitimate defense against the attacks and attacks of the Turkish occupation army and its terrorist mercenaries on separate areas of the geography of northern and eastern Syria, on March 5 this month, our forces shot down a drone belonging to the mercenaries in the vicinity of Ain Issa.

In 7 March, our fighters prevented the occupation army and mercenaries from trying to infiltrate and attack the villages surrounding the M4 international road. As violent clashes erupted, three occupation soldiers were killed and four mercenaries got wounded, in addition to destroying a military vehicle loaded with Doshka weapon.

As a result of heroic resistance, a combatant from our forces rose to the rank of martyrdom and wounded another.

Note that the occupation army and its terrorist factions continue to barbaric bombardments on the areas of Tal Tamr, Ain Issa and Tal Abyad, using heavy weapons and reconnaissance aircraft.
