Russian military police withdraw from Saraqib

Russian military police withdrew from the city of Saraqeb in full, in conjunction with violent attacks by mercenaries supported by Turkey.

A day after its entry, the Russian military police withdrew this morning from the city of Saraqib completely, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR).

The Russian withdrawal comes in conjunction with a violent attack launched by Turkey-backed mercenaries against the regime forces, with intense gunfire by Turkish artillery and drones.

The clashes are concentrated on the Tarnabeh axis, west of Saraqib, and the city's perimeter, from the northwest Avis axis.

In the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) documented the killing of 9 regime forces due to air strikes carried out by Turkish drones on locations and points in the city of Saraqib and its countryside east of Idlib.
