The spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry, General Igor Konashenkov, confirmed that al-Golani and twenty thousand thugs are still in the Turkish-controlled area in Idlib, noting that the areas considered by Turkey are moderate, in which the leader of ISIS mercenary Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was killed.

A spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry, General Igor Konashenkov, confirmed to the Russian agency "Sputnik", that after nearly 18 months of the agreement, the terrorist groups officially recognized by the United Nations were withdrawn to the north on the Turkish border.

The spokesman said that the terrorist-fortified areas were merged with the Turkish observation posts that were deployed within the agreement.
