Russia continues in running joint patrols with Turkish Occupation N, Syria

The Russian military police began conducting a joint patrol with forces from the Turkish occupation on the Syrian-Turkish border, west of the city of Kobani.

The patrol was launched from Ashma village, west of the city of Kobani, on the Syrian-Turkish border, with the participation of 4 Russian and 4 Turkish armored vehicles, in addition to two Russian helicopters.

As planned, the patrols are scheduled to roam the villages of “Gargali, Jabnah, Bayadeya, Zormaghar, Mishko, Binder, Qara Qwi Thtani, Quli, Sosan, Siftak, Buban, Khourkhori, Decamdash, Qaran”, and then return to stop in Ashma village where Turkish armored vehicles enter its territory from there.

Turkey and Russia are patrolling the Syrian-Turkish border based on an agreement reached by Presidents Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Vladimir Putin on October 22 last year.
