Roshen Center for Women's Development opened in Qamishlo

In honor of the martyrs of the municipality of Qamishlo, on the fifth anniversary of the development of women and encouraging them to work and demonstrate their skills, today, the Municipal and Environment Authority in al-Jazeera, opened Roshen Center for the Development of Women in al-Gherbi neighborhood of the city of Qamishlo.

The opening ceremony was attended by dozens of residents of Qamishlo, members of civil society organizations, members of Autonomous administration, as well as families of martyrs. The center decorated pictures of the martyrs of the bombing of the municipality of Qamishlo, and pictures of Commander Abdullah Ocalan.

The opening ceremony began by holding a minute of silence, followed by several speeches which explained in its entirety that the opening of Roshen center for the development of women to commemorate the martyrs of the bombing of the municipality Qamishlo, and confirmed that the woman is ready to work in all social and political spheres.

The speeches showed that the persistence of women in work and demonstrating their capabilities proved to the world their resistance and struggle through the opening of such centers and other training courses, intellectual and military for all women.

It is noteworthy, that the Roshen Center for Women's Development is the first of its kind in the city of Qamishlo.
