Public Prosecution refused families' request to visit Imrali

The family of the leader Abdullah Ocalan and the families of three other detainees reviewed the public prosecution in the Turkish city of Bursa which refused the families' request to visit Imrali.

Leader Abdullah Ocalan's brother, Mohammed Ocalan, and his lawyer, Mazloum Deng, filed a request to meet the leader at the F-High Security Prison in Imrali, to the Turkish Public Prosecution. However, the prosecution rejected the request again. The request of the families of  the detainees Ömer Hayri Konar, Hamili Yıldırım and Veysi Aktaş also has been refused.

The detainees in Imrali had last met with their families on June 5 and August 12.
