Hamed explained that Zine Warte events aims at occupying Başûr of Kurdistan and create an internal war in conjunction with the attacks on the northeast of Syria, which target the Kurdish gains in general.
In reference to Turkey, he said: "They also attacked areas of the northeast of Syria through the mercenaries, the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and Peshmerga Roj are also used in this context in their attacks on Zine Warte because they were carried out in line with the "Mulli Charter" as safe areas were occupied.
Hamed said it is planned for transferring ISIS and Jabhet al-Nusra mercenaries to Başûr of Kurdistan to complete the carried out plans nowadays.
He stressed the need for the Kurdistan Patriotic Party to take a stance in this regard, party officials statements shows resistance against these plans. He hope that they are going to resist to the end.
He stated that Turkey had held a meeting in Hewler with the KDP, the PUK and the Change Movement in an attempt to involve them in the occupation of Zine Warte, but both refused.
"On October 4, 1992, the parliament of Başûr of Kurdistan held its first meeting in Hewler and decided on waging the war on the Kurdistan Liberation Movement that weakened the gains of the Kurds and opened the door to an internal Kurdish war that continues to this day. The Turkish consulate is like a government now in Hewler," he said.
Hamed denounced the statements of the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani, stressing that the popular answer to it is resistance and the need for the people to act against the policies of the Kurdistan Democratic.
