The PKK Executive Committee issued a statement due to the martyrdom of the founder and board member of the East Kurdistan Democratic and Free Association (KODAR) and the Kurdistan Free Life Party (PJAK).
The committee stated that they learned with pain and sadness that Jawid, who was a guest in Qamishlo, was mercilessly murdered by the Turkish state UAV and said, "We remember this precious martyr of Kurdistan with respect and honor; "We share the pain of our comrades, families and the people of the Eastern Kurdistan. We believe that the Kurdish youth and the Kurdish people will always support Rêzan Jawid in the struggle for freedom."
'THE STATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY IS THE ENEMY OF ALL KURDS'
In the continuation of the statement, it was said, "After the Co-Chair`s deputy of the Executive Council of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Farhad Dêrik, was murdered by the Turkish state in South Kurdistan, a member of the Coordination of KODAR, the movement for democracy and freedom in Eastern Kurdistan, Rezan Jawid, was murdered by the Turkish state in Western Kurdistan(Rojava). This shows that the Turkish state and the AKP-MHP fascist administration is the enemy of all Kurds wherever possible and wants to murder all of them if they can. It is time for the Kurds to be united, to have democratic friends, to fight together against the genocidal Turkish state and the fascism of the AKP-MHP. They should strengthen Kurdistan's struggle for freedom against the genocide of the Turkish state with national unity.
On this basis, we once again remember Martyr Rezan Jawid with respect and honor. We call on first of all, the youth of Western Kurdistan and all the Kurdish youth to participate in our struggle for freedom and take avenge Rezan Jawid and all the martyrs of Kurdistan."
