AL-Bayan: Signs of the failure of the Russian-Turkish agreement in Idlib

The Arab newspapers issued during the past week on the Syrian issue dealt with several topics, the most prominent of which was the situation in Idlib, and in this context Al- Bayan newspaper said: "The Russian forces and their Turkish counterparts failed to conduct the first joint patrols between the two sides on the Lattakia-Aleppo International Highway, where the patrol started from the town of Saraqib East Idlib and reached the town of Neirab to return again and end the patrol, while the patrol was supposed to continue its way to other places on the "M4" road, but the sit-in of the residents and the threat of armed groups to the patrol prevented this".

For his part, President Saleh expressed his hope to work on holding early elections and achieving the aspirations of the Iraqis, and said in a statement after Al-Zarfi’s mandate that he “hopes that the person in charge works to hold early and fair elections and fulfills the aspirations of the Iraqis, and meets the legitimate demands of peaceful protesters through the implementation of reforms Required, and to maintain the sovereignty, stability and security of Iraq".
