On occasion of Eid.. 26 prisoners released on misdemeanor charges in Sheikh Maksoud

On the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, the Internal Security Forces in the Sheikh Maksoud neighborhood of Aleppo, in coordination with the Justice Department, released 26 prisoners from the residents of the neighborhood on misdemeanor charges.

In conjunction with Eid al-Fitr, the Justice Divan in Sheikh Maksoud neighborhood in Aleppo issued a general amnesty for the detainees on misdemeanor charges.

The amnesty included 26 prisoners on various misdemeanor charges such as theft, beatings and insults.

According to the decision, the Security Forces have released 26 prisoners in the presence of representatives of civil and party institutions and the General Council of Sheikh Maksoud and al-Ashrafieh neighborhoods.

The Internal Security Forces' Manager, Gharman Bakr, and the Co-chair of the Justice Department, Abdul Qader Musa, urged the released prisoners to take advantage of the amnesty and refrain from behavior that violates the laws.
