New fires engulf the lands of Kobani's eastern villages

New fires broke out on Monday in the agricultural fields of several villages east of the city of Kobani, and efforts are continuing to extinguish them.

Our correspondent reported that the fire broke out today evening in agricultural land planted with wheat and barley, as well as land planted with trees east of the city of Kobani, and expanded because of the wind burning the land between the villages of "Ein Bat, Postk, Garmog, Jishan, Qabajg and Hulaki."

Our correspondent pointed out that the firefighting engines, emergency committees and residents of these villages are trying to extinguish the fire, and that the fire has so far consumed an area of ​​about 7 kilometers long and the width of more than one kilometer of the lands of the villages mentioned.
