The Co-chair of the Executive Council in Manbij city and its countryside, Mohamed Khair Sheikho, said in a statement to our agency during his participation in the demonstration organized by the people of al-Arima in al-Bab eastern countryside, which came out to condemn the crimes of the Turkish occupation against the people: "We gather today in al-Arima town to express our solidarity with our people who were subjected to a horrific massacre two days ago, following an attack launched by the Turkish occupation targeting safe civilians in their homes."
Sheikho noted that the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries do not possess the lowest level of human morality, so we see that they do not distinguish between a civilian and a military or an elder sheikh, a woman or a child. Their only concern is killing, destroying, displacement, ruin and looting.
Mohamed Khair described the Turkish occupation's aggression against the safe villages and the massacres against civilians as "crimes against humanity increasing destruction, sabotage and displacement in the region, and that Turkey, through its policies, sows hatred and strife in the hearts of all citizens in this region."
Mohamed Khair called on human rights organizations and the international community that remain silent to break their silence, protect civilians from the crimes of Turkey and its mercenaries, and hold them accountable for the crimes they committed against children, women and all civilians.
Mohamed Khair concluded his speech by saying: "We advocate peace, and our hand is extended to everyone who extends their hand for peace and cooperation with our people, ensuring decent living, safe life and peace."
