Mercenaries renew "allegiance" to Baghdadi in Libya

Earlier media reports spoke of al-Baghdadi's transition to Libya, where mercenaries had Turkish and Qatari support.

The video shows dozens of mercenaries and armed cars.

Turkey supports the government of Fayez al-Sarraj and mercenary groups, and the Libyan army officially accuses Turkey of responsibility for all recruitment and support of extremist groups in Libya.
