Macron expresses concern over arrival of Syrian, foreign mercenaries in Libya

French President Emmanuel Macron has expressed great concern about the arrival of Syrian and foreign mercenaries in Libya and has demanded an end to this.  

French President Emmanuel Macron said that he was very concerned about the arrival of Syrian and foreign forces in Tripoli in Libya, and demanded that this be ended immediately.
Macron added in a speech to the Berlin conference on the Libyan crisis that "the United Nations should negotiate the terms of a truce in Libya without either side imposing preconditions."
