The Joint Presidency of the Executive Council of (KCK) issued a written statement in conjunction with the 72nd anniversary of the execution of the Kurdish leader Qazi Mohammad.
The statement first pointed out that the Kurdish Republic of Mahabad, founded by Qazi Mohammad, occupies a prominent place in Kurdish national history. And contributed to the rise of the national sense of the Kurdish people as well as the continuation of the struggle in the subsequent stages.
The statement noted that the political system prevailing in the Middle East at the time led to the collapse of the Republic of Mahabad Kurdish, where England chose to stand with Iran and played a major role in the collapse of the Republic of the Kurds.
The Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), led by the leader Ocalan, has read the political system prevailing in the world and the Middle East well, and the Kurdish people today achieved through its struggle great political gains and became a leading people in the region. "the escalating struggle in all parts of Kurdistan and the world and the determination of the escalating struggle can achieve the hopes of Qazi Mohammad and his comrades."
KCK demanded at the end of its statement Iran solve the Kurdish cause on the basis of democracy, and appealed to the people of Kurdistan to escalate the struggle until achieving a free Kurdistan.
