After two years of preparations, Jineolojî Committee in the Euphrates region opened its first center in the city of Kobanî, the first center in the Euphrates region, where 6 women will give lessons and training on Jineolojî at the center.
The ceremony was attended by dozens of mothers of martyrs, internationalist women and members of civil institutions.
The ceremony began with a holding a minute of silence in honor of the martyrs of freedom. A member of the Martyrs' Families Council, Aida Sheikh Mohammed, delivered a speech in which she congratulated the new center on the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan, activist Leyla Guven and the women of the world.
Aida said that the opening of the center was the result of the struggle of resistance women such as Avista Khabour, Barin Kobanî and Arîn Merkan.
The member of Jineolojî Committee Dejla Afrin, "on this important day, we take a big step in the Euphrates region because it is the first time that a women's training center has been opened and research is being conducted on women's culture and history."
Then the center was opened by the mothers of martyrs.
