January lowest ever rate of COVID-19 in NE Syria

Health Body of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria announced the deaths of three infection cases by  the COVID-19 pandemic in North Eastern Syria as the lowest rate of new cases in January was recorded.

According to Joan Mustafa, co-chair of the Health Body of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, the new cases are 7 males and 2 females, distributed as follows:

Qamishlo 2 cases

Derik 3 cases

Girkê Legê/Ma'bade  1 case

Çil Axe/Jawadiye 2 cases

Manbij 1 case

According to Mustafa, 3 infection cases were recovered and that 3 other died..

On this, the toll of all confirmed cases by the COVID-19 Pandemic in North Eastern Syria stands at 8399 of which 289 deaths and 1191 recoveries.
