Israel to meet with Russia to discuss situation in Syria

Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on February 21 to discuss the situation in Syria and the Middle East.


The Kremlin press office said in a statement , "On February 21, there will be talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who will be in Russia on a working visit."

The bilateral meeting will discuss current bilateral issues, foremost of which are economic and humanitarian trade fields, and exchange of views on the current situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian-Israeli settlement issue and the situation in Syria.
