ISF denied what has been circulated by media

The Internal Security Forces ISF denied everything the media circulated about the intention of their forces to take over homes and transform them into a military zone, stressing that their work was to implement laws, and called on the media to adhere to the ethics of the press and work professionally.

The General Command of the Internal Security Forces in the Al-Jazeera region issued a statement about what was circulated through the media of the security forces attempting to force the residents of al-Tuwaina neighborhood to leave their homes and turn them into a military zone.

The statement pointed out that many news agencies quoted a reporter for "Rudaw TV" that ISF in the city of al-Hasakah had warned and removed many people from their homes in a neighborhood of the city of al-Hasakah with a view to seizing it and turning it into a military zone.

The statement stressed that the work of the Internal Security Forces is to secure public safety and protect private and public property, stressing that they, as an executive body, are obligated to implement laws in accordance with decrees issued by the Legislative Council, the judiciary, and administrative authorities in the Autonomous Administration of North and East of Syria.

The statement denied the validity of what was circulated through the media, and what is being promoted, with a view to distorting the facts, calling on the media operating on the lands of NE, Syria to adhere to the principles of work and ethics of the press.
