Hayat Tahrir al-Sham strengthens its points to M4, mercenaries threaten Russian-Turkish patrols

Mercenaries of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham raised earthen berms on the Latakia-Aleppo International Road within the area between the town of Neirab and the city of Jericho, in conjunction with the threat of mercenaries to target Russian-Turkish patrols.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham lifted earthen berms on the Lattakia-Aleppo International Road within the area between the town of Neirab and the city of Jericho.

According to the Observatory, these mounds were mainly and heavily located on the M4 highway, but the mercenaries of Tahrir al-Sham have been more heavily fortified during the past hours.

In the same context, a group of fighters affiliated with one of the mercenary factions threatened - via a video tape from the Latakia-Aleppo highway- the Turks and the Russians if they passed from the area.

It is noteworthy that the Russian forces and their Turkish counterparts failed within a week to conduct the first joint patrols between the two parties on the Latakia-Aleppo International Highway because of a dispute between the two parties, and the mercenary groups promised to target the patrol.
