Guerrilla forces carry out new op, eliminate 4 soldiers

The HPG's Media Center said four Turkish soldiers were killed in operations their forces carried out in Colemêrg and Şirnex and legitimate defense areas against the Turkish occupation army.

The Media Center of the People's Defense Forces revealed in a statement that their forces targeted the Turkish occupation army twice in Colemêrg's Cilê district and targeted a Cobra machinery in Şirnex; moreover, they carried out a sniper operation in Besta, killing in these operations killed at least 4 soldiers of the Turkish occupation army.

3 Turkish soldiers killed in two separate operations in Cilê

"In June 26, at 03:30, our forces carried out an operation against the soldiers of the Turkish occupation army on Serzar hill of Cilê district in Colemêrg, which resulted in killing soldier of the Turkish occupation," the statement said.

In 28 June at 10:15, our forces carried out another operation against the Turkish occupation army on Serzar hill and inflicted strong blows to the fortifications of the enemy and killing two soldiers belonging to the Turkish occupation army. After the operation, the Turkish occupation army shelled the area indiscriminately and transported the wounded and dead bodies by Skorski helicopters.

Our units that carried out the operation returned safely to their positions.

A Turkish soldier killed in Medya

On 1 July at 14:30, the Free Women's Units carried out an operation against the Turkish occupation army stationed on the hill of Martyr Saraya village in Khakork killing one soldier.

As part of the campaign to avenge for the martyrs Media Mawa and Rizgar Gever in Botan, In June 30, at 18:30, a Cobra armored vehicle, which was heading to the Kron outpost on the road linking the village of Gundiki Mulla and the center of Şirnex district damaging it, while number of dead and wounded was not confirmed.
