The delegation included the head of the Foreign Relations Committee of the French Parliament Marielle de Sarnez , Demier Le Bon, Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the French Parliament, and Patrit Franshiski, and the Representative of the AA in France Khaled Issa.
The delegation was received by, Abdul Hamed Al-Mehbash the co-chair of the Executive Council and the co-chair Berîvan Khalid, the co-chair of the External Relations Department of the AA Abdul Karim Omar and the Executive Vice-Chair of the Executive Council, Elizabeth Korea.
The delegation listened briefly on the nature of the AA of North and East Syria and the difficulties and obstacles it faced.
The Delegation expressed its admiration for the experience of AA and described it as the best way to achieve democracy and to properly address and resolve the problems of the people.
The delegation then visited the center of the MSD, where it was received by the co-chair of MSD Amina Omar and members of the relations office in MSD Farhad Ahmi and Jian Mulla, and Dabia al-Nasser, member of the women's office in MSD.
MSD explained its work at the moment after the war and the elimination of Daesh. It pointed out during a speech to the delegation that "the work is now focused on eliminating the sleeper cells of the region and reconstructing the infrastructure destroyed by the war in preparation for the return of displaced people to their homes" .
The delegation discussed with representatives the implementation of the question of the establishment of an international tribunal for detainees and the need to return mercenary prisoners to the countries from which they came.
The visiting delegation stressed the need to expand the work and role of the Syrian Democratic Council in the coming period to participate in the political process to resolve the Syrian crisis.
The delegation handed over MSD and AA the honorary shield presented by the French Parliament.
