Escalation grow between government and Turkish forces in Idlib

The so-called "de-escalation" area has witnessed mutual shelling between government forces on the one hand and the Turkish occupation forces and their mercenaries on the other.

After Thursday-Friday midnight, government forces targeted about 35 rocket-propelled grenades at areas in Al-Fateera and Sufouhn in Jabal al-Zawiya in the southern countryside of Idlib, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

For its part, Turkish forces and their mercenaries have bombed areas in Kafr Nabl that are under the control of the government forces, which resulted in casualties and material losses among the forces of the latter.

In a related development, the places of Al-Ankawi area in Sahel Al-Ghab were subjected to missile shelling by government forces.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored yesterday evening, artillery shelling, carried out by government forces, targeting the town of Al-Fateera, Sufouhn and Kafaraweed in Jabal al-Zawiya, south of Idlib, coinciding with the intense flight of Russian reconnaissance aircraft in the airspace south of Idlib.
