Dozens of Manbij people, members of the bodies and institutions of the Democratic Civil Administration in Manbij and leaders of the Manbij Military Council took part in the graduation ceremony of the ISF training course in Manbij and its countryside, graduated from the Martyr Mahmoud Al-Ali Academy, which bore the name of the “Martyr Farouk Mahmoud Al-Ali.
The course included 54 trainees and it lasted for 30 days, where they received military and intellectual lessons.
The ceremony started with a minute of silence, followed by the Vice Co-Presidency of the Interior Body Abdul Karim Baqer delivering a speech on behalf of the Interior Body, in which he wished for them to be up to the responsibility that they assumed in applying all what they learned in the course to serve their people, their city and protect it from all risks.
For his part, the Administrator in the ISF, Muhammad Hammadi Al-Aziz, said: "You support the homeland and defend people against threats, and we wish you victory in your noble struggle."
Then the ceremony ended with the military oath taken by the joined.
