Citizens killed, wounded in series explosions in Sir Lanka

On Sunday morning, Dozens of citizens were killed and injured in 6 explosions targeting churches and hotels in Sir Lanka during Easter.

Media outlets quoted from Sri Lankan police that 20 citizens were killed and 160 wounded in 6 explosions that hit hotels and churches in Sir Lanka.

According to the police, one of the explosions occurred in the north of the capital and another in Negombo to the north. The two hotels and one of the two churches are located in the capital, Colombo, while the other church is located in Negombo, north of Colombo.

According to the Associated Press, An explosion occurred in San Antoni Church in the capital Colombo during the Easter Mass, while another blast rocked the San Sebastian church in Negombo in a town north of the capital.
