Bakur delegation arrives to Hewler

A delegation from the Democratic Peoples' Party (HDP) and the Democratic Society Conference arrived to Hewler for a four-day visit, during which they will hold a series of meetings with party leaders and political forces in Başûr (south Kurdistan).

 Moments ago, Roj news agency said, the delegation of the Democratic Peoples' Party and the Democratic Society Conference arrived from Bakur (northern Kurdistan) to Erbil International Airport (Hewler).

The delegation includes the co-chairperson of the Democratic Peoples' Party Sazy Temli, co-chair of the Democratic Society Conference Bardan Ozturk, MP of the Democratic Peoples' Bloc in the Turkish Parliament Fatima Kurtulan, and the co-chair of the party's co-chair Nazmi Kur.

The delegation was also joined by party MP Falak Naz Oja, who arrived in a Başûr few days ago as part of a feminist delegation.

The delegation was received by party representatives in Başûr Muzayn Gonash, Abed Aike, and Governor Hewler Nozat Hadi.

The delegation is heading to the area of Salahadd in Hewler to hold meeting with the President of the Kurdistan Democratic Party Massoud Barzani.

The delegation is scheduled to meet with Kurdistan Regional President Nechirvan Barzani in Hewler on Sunday.

The delegation will also meet with the parties and political forces in Sulaymaniyah during the four-day visit in the Kurdistan region.
