In the village of Asadiya belonging to Zerkan district of the canton of al-Hasakah in Al-Jazeera region. Residents were forced to flee their village because of the constant shelling and fear that the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries would commit massacres against them.
During the displacement of the people from the village, a reporter of ANHA agency met with a number of them, and asked them why they were displaced.
In this context, Mahmoud al-Ayed said that they were displaced from their village because of the violations committed by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries against the people, and added "Erdogan's mercenaries are stealing people's homes and property. Even our wheat is stealing it. They are also killing civilians and jailing them for no reason, so we were forced to leave our village."
Mahmoud al-Ayed pointed out that the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries do not differentiate between a civilian or a military, and said, "They kill all they see, whether soldier or civil."
Another citizen of the village noted that the Turkish occupation and his mercenaries were bombing the village indiscriminately. "The so-called Free Army is bombing the village, so we had to leave the village," he said.
It is noteworthy that more than 300 thousand civilians have been displaced from the regions of Serêkaniyê and Zerkan and its countryside because of violations by the Turkish occupation army and mercenaries, especially after the massacres committed in the region, which led to the death and injury of hundreds of civilians.
