Armenian Foreign Minister in Moscow, then heads for Washington 

Armenia's Minister of Foreign Affairs arrived at the Russian capital Moscow ''in a short working visit'', where he is scheduled to meet on Friday, October 23rd U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

Armenian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Anna A. Naghdalyan, declared the arrival of her country's Minister of Foreign Affairs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan to the Russian capital Moscow on short- term working visit.

And Anna. A Naghdalyan, in a post her Facebook page, published:" that Mnatsakanyan arrived at Moscow on short-term working visit'', but did not reveal reasons of the visit or any other details.

Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs mentioned that it's Minister for Foreign Affairs Mnatsakanyan would meet his American counterpart Mike Pompeo in Washington, on next Friday, October 23rd, while the Azeri Foreign Ministry said that it's minister Jeyhun Bayramov would meet Pompeo on Friday too, in Washington, but the two sides excluded holding a trilateral meeting, according to France Press.  

Last Saturday, Armenia and Azerbaijan reached a new agreement on ceasefire, after the first agreement that was concluded on October 10th by Russian mediation failed, due to Turkey's efforts no end it.
