Another archaeological hill in Afrin is being stolen by Turkish occupation

The Turkish occupation army looted the archaeological hill in the village of Burj Abdalo in Sherawa district. According to the information, many artifacts were looted from the hill and transported to Turkey to be sold there.

 The Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries continue their attacks on the history of the region of Afrin. According to the information received from Sherawa district, the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries have brought the drilling machineries to loot the archaeological hill in the village of Burj Abdalo.

The village of Burj Abdalo is considered a historical and tourist village in Afrin area, in addition to the existence of a historic Dodriya cave and many Roman-style towers.

The information pointed out that many artifacts were taken out of the hill and transported to Turkey to be sold there, amid continuing excavations on the hill.

It is worth mentioning that the occupation army and its mercenaries looted many hills, including Janders, Sindikeh, Ain-Dara, and the violations are still ongoing against Afrin's monuments.
