Al-Raqqa students undergo mid-term exams

For the first time after five years, students are returning to their school exams in an atmosphere of joy and teachers hope for the students bright future after years of depriving out of education.


In this week, al-Raqqa schools, students are taking their first semester exams for the academic year 2018-2019 after years of depriving out of schools.

"The students went to the exams with optimism and the preparations were so good that we carried out a restoration of the students' information as they were out of school for a period of time," said Abdul Aziz al-Mimo, a teacher at Hamida school in the city of al-Raqqa.

"We are in the first semester, we have transferred five children from under zero to a good and excellent stage. This is due to the efforts of the Education Committee and the parents to cooperate with the school and follow up the students," added Sakina.

For his part, student Muhannad al-Zaher expressed his thanks to his teacher and to the Education Committee and the pursuit of their return to schools and present examinations.
