Al-Mahjoub: 6 thousand Syrian mercenaries fight in Libya

The Director of the Moral Guidance Department of the Libyan National Army, the Brigadier Khaled al-Mahjoub, revealed that the number of Syrian mercenaries recruited by Erdogan in Libya is about 6,000 mercenaries, more than 215 mercenaries of whom were killed during the last period, about 30 mercenaries were captured, more than 350 got injured.

Al-Mahjoub said in a special statement to Hawar news agency that the Libyan armed forces stormed al-Qerbuli city and managed to drive the militias out from al-Abbanat area on the administrative borders (Terhona), in addition to the arrest of more than 15 of them, among them Syrian mercenaries.

Al-Mahjoub revealed that the militias supported by the Accord Government had advanced during the past days, randomly arrested a number of civilians, and tried to storm Terhona city, which resulted in inflicting great losses to the militias.

The director of the Moral Guidance Department of the Libyan Armed Forces confirmed that the Libyan army's progress last night resulted in the killing of the commander of the "Suleitan militia", the terrorist leader Abdel Raouf al-Sari, and the commander of the militia of the so-called Ahrar Zuleitan in the clashes that took place in Qerbuli.
