7 mercenaries killed in vicinity of al-Bab after clashes with HRE

Seven Turkey-backed mercenaries were killed and two others were injured during a clash with Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) in the vicinity of the city of al-Bab.

Afrin Liberation Forces issued on Saturday a statement to the public opinion in which it said that the clash occurred between HRE fighters and mercenaries of the Turkish occupation in the vicinity of the village of Hazwan of al-Bab region, killing 7 mercenaries and wounding two others.

The text of the statement is:

"Our forces continue to carry out military operations against the soldiers of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries in Afrin and its environs, which have killed more and more mercenaries.

In this context:

On July 12, our forces carried out an operation targeting the fortifications and sites of the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation in the vicinity of the village of Hazwan of al-Bab region, where our fighters clashed with mercenaries face to face, and resulted in killing seven mercenaries and wounding two others, and our fighters seized a nocturnal telescope of the army of occupation Turkish, an arm of AK-47 and a mobile phone.

The elements killed belong to the mercenary factions of Sultan Murad, Ahrar al-Sham, Jabha Shamiya. "
