2 rockets fell in Baghdad center

An Iraqi security source said on Tuesday that two rockets fell within the approaches of al-Jadiriya area in the center of Baghdad, indicating that this resulted in the injury of two people.

The source told Al Sumaria News: "Two rockets landed this evening within the approaches of al-Jadiriya area in central Baghdad," noting that "one of them landed on a residential building near the Hajj and Umrah Commission within the area, which resulted in the injury of two people and causing material damage."

The source added that "a security force encircled the accident scene, and transferred the injured to a nearby hospital for receiving treatment."

Iraq has witnessed great tension against the background of targeting bases that include forces belonging to the International Coalition, and the latter responded by bombing forces belonging to the popular crowd.
