14 Turkish soldiers, mercenaries killed, wounded in operations in Afrin

The Afrin Liberation Forces announced that they had carried out several specific operations in Afrin and Azaz in the past two days, during which 6 mercenaries were killed, including 2 Turkish soldiers, and 8 others were wounded, including 3 soldiers of the Turkish occupation.

The Afrin Liberation Forces issued a statement in this regard, in which it revealed the details of those qualitative operations that they carried out against the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries.

The statement stated:

“On May 13th: Our forces detonated an explosive device with several military vehicles that were carrying the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation in the center of Afrin city, where 2 mercenaries were wounded, 2 vehicles were destroyed and another was damaged.

Our forces also carried out two specific operations targeting the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation in Azaz area, during which 4 mercenaries were killed and 3 others were wounded.

On May 14th: Our forces carried out an operation targeting the positions of the Turkish occupation army in Kimara village of Sherawa district in Afrin, during which 2 Turkish soldiers were killed and 3 others were wounded.

As a result of our forces’ operations during the past two days, 6 mercenaries were killed, including 2 Turkish soldiers, and 8 others were wounded, including 3 soldiers of the Turkish occupation.”
