After registering a lawsuit by the "Kurdistan Victims Fund" organization against Barzani's descendants, the American court is now awaiting a response from Masrour Barzani regarding the accusations against him.

A lawsuit was registered on January 30 of this year in an American federal court by the Kurdistan Victims Fund organization against Masrour Barzani and Barzani’s descendants.

The lawsuit includes 25 charges, including murder, forgery, perjury, kidnapping, genocide, human rights violations, torture of an American citizen, illegal expulsion of Kurdish citizens from their lands and private properties, trafficking in narcotic substances, and trafficking from crews, persons, and organizations listed by the United States of America as terrorism." The court is awaiting a clear response from Masrour Barzani regarding the charges against him.

The US Federal Court charged Masrour Barzani on February 15 and gave him 21 days to respond.

It was stated at the end of the book regarding the accusation that if Masrour Barzani’s answer was not received, the court would resort to taking other measures against him.
