Intellectuals Union elects new Administrative Body
The Fifth Conference of the Intellectuals Union in Jazera region concluded with the election of members of the General Administrative Board.
Yesterday, the Intellectuals Union held its fifth conference, with the participation of 90 delegates, in the hall of Rojava University in the city of Qamishlo, in the presence of representatives of the Autonomous Administration, the Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM), the Council of Martyrs' Families and many intellectuals.
The conference was closed to the media, after the co-chair of the Intellectuals Union, Anahita Sino, and the co-chair of the Democratic Society Movement, Gharib Hasso, delivered their speeches to be concluded later with the election of members of the administrative body. They are (Abboud Makso, Anahita Sino, Roken Slow, Abdel Wahhab Birani and Yassin Mashaikh).
The two co-chairs of the federation will be elected from among the members of the Administrative Body.
