Sweida First: Sweida people are very close to AANES
Spokesperson for 'Sweida First' Marwan Madah says the Sweida protests are very far away from classical politicians and the classic opposition saying the situation is a critical one in the governorate and that AANES is a best model for Syria.

In an interview carried out with ANHA Madah said:
The latest protests are not on going on daily bases but they aim to signify that they remain and continue.
The wide popular participation has not taken place yet and participation is excluded to some activists and some men of religion that converge on far sightedness and future very far from classic oppositions.
Madah said the regime reinforced the security presence in the governorate and made the center of Sweida a bastion that worsened the situation more.
In the last few days two persons of a family were killed in a car and other members of the family were injured by an armed gang attached to the security branches. The authority arrested a Lebanese sheikh who was on a condolence offer in the mountain on these occurrences among others the factions of the Karama Men compelled some security checkpoints to evacuate'.
Madah said the situation is a very critical one and may explode at any moment.
Madah went on to warn against bids exerted by the Syrian regime of creating a rift in the society '' creating any rift in the mountain is a new-old attempt but it became more fierce after the Syrian revolt''.
Madah said the authority is not interested in solving or proposing any living, service or even security improvements'.
With the devaluation of the Syrian lira the living conditions in Syria become more and more grave day after another, especially the electricity sector, while on security arena the governorate has become a quagmire for crime by all kinds such as drugs (addition and trafficking) all under auspices of the security branches and militias attached to the Iranians such as Hezbollah and the National defence and others'.
Madah rejected that demands made by protesters are not merely based on living conditions but they are political ones.
On the reason behind the crises in the country Madah said the problem does not lie in centralization (though decentralization is always better) it was possible to avert all problems and hardships that swept the country if transparency and democracy were available'.
Madah said there are countries whose style of rule is based centralization but there is transparency and real democracy with its wider concept that include real transition and the real role played by associations and institutions and the rule of law and freedom of expression. This only does not suit all peoples, it suits France more than Belgium I mean centralization. Why because the ethnic variety in some countries such as Syria necessitates decentralization as a better option'.
With many ethnicities decentralization gives more room and rights within one and unified state, the matter that make all components feel attached to the country and not alienated or prejudiced against, the most of these rights is language that should be the language in schools in their region. Of course these are some merits of decentralization among many others''.
Since the reign of Naser up to the Ba'athists, Assad Senior then the son is a history of excessive centralization neck in neck with tyranny and repression against society in addition to the superior Arabic racial stance towards every non-Arab''.
Madah went on to say the society in the mountain has become more close to the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria and the idea is receiving much support from the people in the mountain but obstacles still prevail. We as an elite that call for an administration we are still distant somehow to establish it''.
Madah said any autonomous administration needs a wider coalition or political alliance that is able to encompass to form an hierarchy to steer the mountain and form a defense military force, a united one. I think we still need some time and work, contact''.
