1 boy killed, 3 others wounded in Indian bombardment on Pakistan

A boy was killed and three others wounded in an Indian bombardment on a border village in the disputed region of Kashmir.


A Pakistani government official Omar Azzam said, "Indian troops shelled with heavy weapons the villagers on the armistice line in the border area of Himalayas."

"The bombing caused the death of a boy and the wounding of three other villagers," Azzam said, and he also confirmed that the Pakistani forces immediately responded to the bombing.

The disputed area of Kashmir between India and Pakistan has witnessed a mutual bombardment. 2 pilots and a civilian were killed when an Indian Air Force's warplane was shot down in Kashmir.
